Layers of indulgent Espresso Mascarpone Mousse, Biscoff creme and a Mocha Fudge sauce centre sitting on a Chocolate biscuit crumble base.

Each layer is more decadent than the last with rich, indulgent flavours that will leave you wanting more!

Creatively inspired by the Belgian bakers of Biscoff crunchy biscuits and paired with our chefs’ best mousse-making skills to bring you an Italian Ice Cream Cake delight!

STORAGE:  Our Biscoff Tiramisu Mousse Cake can be stored in the fridge OR freezer at home pre serving.

HOW TO ORDER:  *PREORDER – minimum 48 hrs. Please order 4 days before required if collecting from Waiheke.

SERVING TIPS:  
  • Take you Mousse cake out of the fridge about 10 min pre serving. 
  • Ensure the cake board is on a flat surface for slicing 
  • Cut your cake slice about 1.4 to 2 cm wide. 

INGREDIENTS: CREAM, MASCARPONE (Milk. Cream, Thickener (1442), Food Acid (330), Stabiliser (407)), caster sugar, EGG, Allpress espresso, Biscoff (WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, vegetable oils, candy sugar syrup, baking soda, SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon), chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier , natural vanilla flavouring), canola oil, gelatine, sprinkles.

    ALLERGENS: We take every precaution we can for each gelato cake order but as we work in a small kitchen there is always a risk of cross contamination of dairy, eggs and gluten. We often use peanuts and a range of other tree nuts in our kitchen daily so we cannot cater for nut allergies or coeliacs.

    • White Chocolate Raspberry & Rice bubble base
    • Topped with a Raspberry Marshmallow Meringue
    • Freeze dried Raspberry & Dark Chocolate shavings.
