The Island Gelato Recipe for our Gelato cakes:
Indulge your taste buds with our delicious Mint Chocolate Crunch cake.
Layers of creamy Chocolate and Mint Gelato & Chocolate Stracciatella Chunks, a gooey Chocolate fudge centre, Chocolate Sponge base, Mint glaze and topped with a dark Chocolate waves.
This cake will be the dessert highlight at any occasion!!
Creatively inspired The classic Italian dessert, Gelato Stracciatella, inspired this cake. Stracciatella is a delicious combination of ice cream and chocolate flakes. We wanted to create a unique version of this classic with a modern twist.
SERVES: 10 – 12 adults
STORAGE: To be stored in the freezer until 15-20 minutes before serving.

SERVING TIPS:
- Take your Gelato cake out of the freezer and into the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Ensure the cake board is on a flat surface for slicing.
- Cut your cake slice into even sized wedges.

Layers of Pic’s peanut butter and salted caramel gelato- Gold award winning, Rich Chocolate gelato- Gold award winning, Woodland berry sorbet, raspberry gel, on a raspberry bubble base, covered in a white chocolate shell and a raspberry red glaze drip.
